- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms or if required by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
